Delete your Chore Bits account
You can delete your Chore Bits account at any time, in the app or by email.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the account and everything in it: your children's profiles, chores, schedules, history, balances, rewards, photos and paired kid phones. This can't be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open Chore Bits on the parent's phone and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Permanently delete.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete without the app
No longer have the app? Email us from the address you use to sign in to Chore Bits (if you sign in with Google, your Google address):
- Use the subject “Delete my account”.
- We'll reply to confirm the request before we delete the account.
